Once your request is logged, a staff member from the Information Technology Team will be in contact.  If you have not heard from anyone within 48 hours of completing the form , please contact us on 07 40509750 during business hours (Monday - Friday between 7:30AM and 4:00PM)

You can verify our identity by

• Checking the emails you receive have the address ending in @cns.catholic.edu.au. 

• Contacting us on the helpdesk number 07 40509750

• Meeting with your IT Support onsite staff by appointment or where a student support desk is available.

It is important you are Cyber Security aware and do not provide information to cyber criminals.

1. We will not ask you to tell us your password.

2. We will never ask you to sign in to verify your account or password.

3. We will not pressure you into providing personal information during a call.
